- Q.I don't have Plumbing Membership, can I still join and book a plumbing job online?
- A.Yes, new customers can take out a Plumbing Membership and book a plumbing job online. Please note that any further plumbing jobs thereafter can be booked online but payment will be taken over the phone via a callback.
- Q.Can I book a plumbing job without taking out Plumbing Membership?
- A.If you would prefer to book a plumbing job at the full non-member price without taking out Plumbing Membership then please call 0800 121 6885.
- Q.Can I book a plumbing job over the phone?
- A.If you book a job over the phone with your Plumbing Membership the price is £70 per job.
- Q.I am an existing member, can I book a job online?
- A.Yes, you can. However, payment will be taken over the phone via a callback once you have confirmed your booking.
- Q.Can I book more than one plumbing job at a time?
- A.Yes you can. However, payment can only be taken online for your first plumbing job. All subsequent plumbing jobs can be booked online but payment will be taken over the phone via a callback within normal office hours (lines are open Monday to Friday 8.00am – 9.30pm, and Saturday to Sunday 8.00am – 7.30pm).
- Q.What happens next year?
- A.Your Membership will automatically renew unless you let us know that you do not wish to do so. Year 2 price costs £36 and you will be contacted 5 weeks before renewal to remind you.
- Q.What happens when I've booked a plumbing job?
- A.Once you've confirmed and paid your booking online or by phone, a HomeServe approved plumber will aim to be with you within your allocated time slot.
- Q.Who provides Plumbing Membership?
- A.Plumbing Membership is provided by HomeServe Membership Limited, one of Britain's home emergency specialists.
- Q.What is not included in each job?
- A.Please be aware that the jobs included within the Membership may be subject to conditions, including relating to what is included in the job and whether there are any exclusions or important points relating to the way the job is carried out. Before you book a job, you will be advised of the conditions applicable to that job.
